A little track I’m working on starts the set, then a really wicked redo of Nightmares on Wax’s “You Wish” and Etta James’ “Somethings Got A Hold On Me”. Lots more (click to see the playlist)- 1 hour uninterrupted by ads and the like- I lvoed it. I’d say this was a nice hour to myself in the studio. It’s hard doing this stuff in the middle of the week- but The Sapuri Sessions is like the 2 certified hours of meditation I can take advantage of each week.

I visited LA for 4 days before leaving for good, and just shot pictures the whole time I drove/ walked around. Ideally I would have set this to electronic music because it’s easier to sync beats to (like the NYC video I did earlier (http://vimeo.com/2870901), but this song’s pretty fast paced I think. I’ve decided to put it out as it is; because every time I sat down to fix/ edit it, six months would pass by.
