The center of Electronic Lahore is probably a place known as Hall Road (check out the map). This is basically where you can buy any sort of electronic equipment you can imagine- well as much as you’d expect in Lahore..

I decided to visit and orient myself as to where I can buy different pieces of electronic components since I’m going to try building some shit this semester. I ended up not finding the MIDI-to-USB converter I was looking for, but did end up getting a good tour from my old student Safwan Khan, who knows this place inside out since he’s possibly the biggest hardware/software guru I’ve come across at FAST so far, second probably only to Belal Hashmi.
